Chore credit follows parent approval
A submitted chore does not change the balance until a parent approves it.
Virtual money habits
Chore Bucks connect approved effort to spending, saving, giving, and goals while every change remains visible to the family.

The learning loop
Children move Bucks themselves rather than following an automatic savings plan. That makes the choice visible and gives parents a concrete moment to discuss priorities.
A submitted chore does not change the balance until a parent approves it.
Quick moves and custom amounts make it easy to deposit or withdraw intentionally.
Chore credits, reward debits, gifts, savings moves, and boosts remain visible.

Goals without pressure
A named savings goal helps children plan a virtual reward. Keep at least 5 Bucks saved to qualify for a weekly Savings Boost: +1 Buck at levels 1–3, +2 at levels 4–6, +3 at levels 7–9, and +4 at level 10 or above. Catch-up is capped at four eligible weeks. These are fixed virtual points, not bank interest.
Important distinction
Chore Bucks cannot be cashed out, transferred outside the family, invested, or loaded onto a card. Savings Boosts are virtual family points generated by the app, not interest on a financial account. More on that chooser: Allowance without a bank.
