Common questions
Sign in with a parent profile, open Family, choose the child, enter a replacement PIN twice, and save the profile.
A submitted chore waits for parent review. Chore Bucks are credited only after a parent approves the work. If the parent requests a redo, the child can update the proof and submit again.
A child can use More Chores from their home or tasks view, or suggest a reward from the Store. The request appears in the parent's review and activity areas. Children cannot create their own Buck balance or approve the request.
ChoreRally works locally first. When cloud sync is enabled, the family record is stored in ChoreRally's Supabase project and shared only with authenticated family members. Required proof photos use a private family-scoped bucket so a parent can review them on another device.
Enable cloud sync, share the household invite code privately, and have the caregiver choose Join during family setup. Invite codes should be treated like a household password.
No. Chore Bucks are virtual family points with no cash value. ChoreRally does not provide banking, payments, investing, or money transfers.
From a parent profile, open Family and Settings, then use Delete Parent Account at the bottom. The owner deletes the connected household for everyone; another caregiver removes their own account and access. You can generate a JSON backup first. See the account deletion page for external requests.
Choose Get ChoreRally and send the prepared release-link email. The website does not store a form, collect payment information, or create an account.
Tell us the device, iOS version, and what happened. Never email a profile PIN or a private household photo.
